Your activities in the health and wellness field remain subject to your education, qualifications and licensure.

Governing Law; Jurisdiction

The laws of the United States of America govern these Terms without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any claim or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted in Mobile County, Mobile, Alabama. Each party agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of and agrees that the venue is proper in such courts in any such legal action or proceeding.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Healthy Hacks Now. You may not assign these Terms in whole or in part without our prior written consent, and any purported assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
