Look, I’ve been coaching young athletes for almost 25 years now.

And if we’re going to back to club and elementary school volleyball, it’s actually closer to 30!

But here’s the thing…

…while kids (and the world!) have changed a lot in those 25 years, training young athletes has not.

Yes, there are more gaps to fill in their overall athletic development.

And, yes, many are specializing in one sport waaaayyyyyy to early.

But when it comes to running a great session with young athletes?
